ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

SERVICES

We provide custom printing and design services including but not limited to:

• • Custom postcards, invitations, and certificates
• • Wedding and festive printing
• • Calligraphy, embossing, and watercolor illustrations
• • Packaging label design and branded sets

All services are subject to availability and our ability to fulfill your order. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order. We may require a deposit before commencing work on your order. Full payment may be required before delivery of completed products.

PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY

Production times vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. We will provide an estimated completion date at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery methods and costs will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of order. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wraxthor and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of New Zealand and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

All custom designs, artwork, and creative work produced by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the work as specified in the project agreement, but we retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• • Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• • Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• • Submit false or misleading information
• • Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures or access restrictions on the Service

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Wraxthor, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• • Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or $100 (NZD), whichever is greater.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, materials, or information you provide to us does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. You warrant that you have the right to use and authorize us to use any content you provide.

We are not responsible for errors in final products that result from incorrect information, materials, or content provided by you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once production has commenced. Please review our detailed Return Policy for information about returns and refunds.

If a product is defective or does not meet the specifications agreed upon, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting at no additional cost.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
